United Way of America is the Forum’s signature partner for the Ready by 21 Challenge. The Forum and UWA are working together to build on UWA’s already strong commitment to improving child and youth outcomes by providing local United Ways with research-based frameworks, metrics, strategies and tools to ensure that children not only enter kindergarten ready to succeed but also enter the second decade of life ready for success. This white paper outlines how we will be working together over the next year to build these resources and deliver them to local United Ways across the country.
