Laura Mattis

Laura is the Designer and Communications Associate.

Laura joined the Forum in January 2008. Before coming to the Forum, she worked as a Design Intern at Edelman, a global public relations firm. At Edelman, she worked on a large variety of projects for corporate and nonprofit clients. Laura holds a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design and English from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) and uses her web and print designs skills on materials for the Forum, Connect for Kids, Next Gen and the Center for Youth Program Quality. "If it shows up on any Web site managed by the Forum or comes out of a printer, I've had my hands on it," says Laura to describe her range of work.
